WHERE TO BUY

Endeavor Snowboards offers online shopping in a number of global regions. Click on the flag/globe icon in the top right corner of any page to select your country. If your country is not listed then please email us at info@endeavorsnowboards.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Endeavor Snowboards has authorized retailers around the world. To find your nearest authorized dealer where you can check out all of our boards and get hands on advice, make sure you take a look at our Store Locator.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping methods vary by country and the size of your order will determine the carrier that we use. For apparel and smaller items we try to use local postal services such as Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail. For snowboards or larger orders we try to use well known parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Parcel Force, DHL or others.

Shipping times vary by country but we aim to deliver most orders within 3-5 days from the date of despatch. If you require your order faster, please select an express shipping option at the checkout. Note that express shipping is not available in all regions.

Orders are only processed Monday-Friday and will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed up to 12pm local time will be processed on the next working day.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept collections from our warehouses.

If you are unavailable at your address when your order is delivered our couriers will either leave the parcel in a safe space (if this is possible) or leave you with a delivery card. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange a pickup or future delivery.

Items below certain values may not require a signature and may be left in a safe place by the carrier.

We can ship to any address (excluding PO Boxes) so if you won't be home for a delivery we would recommend getting your order shipped to a work address, friend or family member.

We carefully package all of our orders with sufficient protection to ensure its safe arrival with you. Apparel, outerwear and accessory orders are shipped in standard polybags or boxes where the order is larger.

All snowboards are shipped in industry standard rigid cardboard boxes to protect them.

Yes, we ship all orders using trackable services. Once your order has been despatched you will receive your tracking number by email.

We can ship to several international destinations. Just select your country from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of any web page.

If you cannot find your country in the dropdown menu then please email us and we will see what we can do for you.

Returns

We accept returns on products up to 28 days after you have received them. All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Snowboards removed from their protective wrapper will not be eligible for a refund.

All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer and original shipping charges are not included in any refunds provided.

As soon as we have received your return we will process a refund minus any original shipping charges. Refunds are usually processed the same day but depending on your card issuer can take a few days to appear on any statements.

We recommend using a trackable service so that you can see when we have received your return. We also recommend choosing a service that provides an adequate level of insurance in the event of any loss or damage in transit. Endeavor Snowboards is not liable for any damages or losses when returning an item.

Warranty

Endeavor warrants all products sold by Endeavor Snowboards to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If you purchased your board from an authorized Endeavor dealer then please return the product to them to begin a warranty claim.

If you purchased direct from an Endeavor online store then please visit our Warranty Page to begin a claim.

We love our planet and want to be able to keep riding fresh powder for decades to come. Because of this we have an environmentally aware warranty policy. Endeavor Snowboards reserves the right to repair any defective product before issuing a replacement or a credit.

If a repair is not possible then a suitable replacement product will be issued. If a suitable replacement is not available then a credit note will be issued to the value of the original purchase.

Snowboard Sizing

Getting the right size board is very important. Get one that's too big or too small and you won't be having fun. Check out the board specs on each of our product pages for detailed sizing information for more help and advice.

Free Stickers

We love it when our fans want to represent us! To get a pack of free Endeavor Snowboards stickers please send a self addressed envelope to the address below. Please make sure you include enough return postage so they'll get back to you, especially if you are outside of Canada! We recommend using envelopes 9" x 7" to get our best stickers!

Our customer service advisors operate 9-5 PST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) and are currently available in English only. Enquiries in other langauges may be passed over to our international distributors. Emails received outside of our working hours will be responded to during the next available working hours.
