“No friends on a powder day” is a popular saying in most big mountain towns, but is it really true? This opening weekend in Whistler I wanted to find out one way or another. Saturday, November 14th was going to be one of Whistler’s best and earliest opening days this decade, so I decided to pack my camera with me and float between groups of friends on the hill, and snap a few shots along the way.
